Fellow Myconauts: As most of you know, there is a worldwide movement on microdosing. This popular uprising is now gaining the attention of scientists who need your help. Observational reports can help inform the scientific and medical community in designing clinical studies. Some say microdosing is all placebo. Others disagree. If we get enough reports, clinically validated research programs can be planned. With such large data sets, we may be able to see 'signal from the noise'.

Citizen Science Alert! Help if you can. 🙏

There are two major resources to tap into for more information and participation.

Over the last decade, there have been 1000's of anecdotal reports on the potential benefits of the practice of microdosing, thanks to humans from around the world, who have self-experimented with the practice.

While the practice is starting to gain the attention of researchers, clinical research is still limited. Additionally, legal restrictions, social inequality and stigmas prevent many people from exploring the potential benefits of the practice.

Microdosing Day was initiated in an effort to help advance the understanding and accessibility of microdosing.

By sharing your microdosing story, you can help us create awareness, encourage research, and end the stigma.
