Roots To Thrive

As a witness to this ceremony, psychedelic medicine clearly has a role in helping people heal cross culturally and cross generationally.

“This Blanket Ceremony was an experience of team growth and healing: growth and healing that has been enhanced through the equitable inclusion of indigenous ways of knowing.” -Todd Haspect, RTT Counselling and Alumni Lead

Dr. Pam Kryskow, medical lead of the Roots To Thrive Program was ceremonially blanketed by Elder Geraldine Manson of the Snuneymuxw First Nations on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

Elder Geraldine stated this blessing is important to protect and guide the team as they focus on reconciliation and decolonization for all in the RTT Program.

Roots To Thrive is a not for profit organization providing a multi-week, community-focused resiliency program and legal psychedelic assisted therapies for people experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, and end of life distress.

All funds donated to the program go directly to scholarships. The Roots To Thrive Team believes that inability to pay should NEVER be a barrier to high quality therapy.
