She:kon,(hello) my name is Kwanerahtawi (Given Leaves), more commonly known as Karen Smith, Mohawk, turtle clan, from the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. I am a mother, a grandmother, and shining spec like a water droplet on a fluttering leaf in this grand universe, intermingling, glistening, and finding my way along this life journey.

I spent 20+ years working in the Social Work field, having obtained my Masters of Social Work. When I starting to experience unwanted health conditions, I re-evaluated my life, my relationship with food, and sought holistic wisdom to heal my body, mind, and soul returning to wholesome sustenance, herbals and supplementation. My training and experience in Social Work has prepped me to continue to provide compassionate and thorough Consultation services in my new chosen career path as a Holistic Nutritionist.

After my own health and food concerns, I embarked on a quest for more holistic healing expertise. It has since become an ongoing passionate journey that I strive for daily to be my healthiest vibrant self.  My new learnings are abundant and I am excited to extend this new expertise to you!
